We do not offer refunds for any daily admission, season pass, food, cabanas, or programs for any reason once the transaction has been processed. Please confirm the details before completing any transaction.
All guests entering the water must wear proper swim attire. This includes swimsuits, board shorts, swim trunks, rashguards, surf shirts, bikinis, tankinis, and speedos. Attire that is not allowed includes basketball shorts, denim, t-shirts, tank tops, regular street clothing, and anything with grommets or zippers. No denim material is allowed in the water. No COTTON ALLOWED!!
Bring a cooler into the park for a fee based on the size of the cooler. Small coolers are allowed with a $20 fee and large coolers (48 quarts and more) are allowed for a $50 fee. Glass, fast food, and alcohol are prohibited. No outside food will be permitted unless a cooler fee has been paid. Any Bag, basket, container, backpack, towels with food is subject to a cooler fee.
You can rent a lock for $5.00. When you are done with it just return it to the reserve and receive $3.00 back.
We are proud to offer life vests free with admission for those who need it. (while supplies last) Guests are welcome to bring their own life vests as long as they are United States Coast Guard approved. Lifejackets will be checked upon entry.
Floaties are not allowed to be used within the facility but there are life jackets available for use.(while supplies last) No personal tubes are allowed in the park.
Handheld umbrellas and umbrellas that can be secured will be permitted, however in strong winds, we will ask them to be put away until weather permits. Cabanas are also available for rental.
There are ample chairs, lounges, and benches provided within the facility. You may bring your own small chairs, but DropZone Waterpark does not assume responsibility if personal property is lost or stolen.
DropZone Waterpark does not provide towels to guests. Please be advised that you should bring your own.
Inner tubes and mats are available at no extra cost within the park.
Yes, either exchange an ID or a small fee in order to rent the volleyball for the time you use the volleyball courts.
There is not a family discount for daily admission.
The Reserve is a small retail shop that carries Sun Bum sunscreen, towels, and purchase locks.
Parking is always free at DropZone.
There is parking available on the streets near the waterpark. DropZone is not responsible for damaged or stolen property.
DropZone prides itself on its commitment to safety. Along with the 20+ lifeguards within the waterpark, our staff undergoes monthly safety training and works hand-in-hand with local emergency services personnel.
The first thing that you should do is check-in at the front counter. You can then head over to The Reserve, the retail shop, to purchase anything you may have forgotten such as sunblock or rent a lock for the lockers. Once you have everything you need, find your spot on the deck nestled into some lounge chairs or on an inner tube in the Jet Stream River. Basically just settle in for a great, fun-filled day with friends or family.
Children must be at least 13 years of age or older to be without an adult (18 years +) chaperone within the waterpark. Children under 13 years of age may not be inside the facility without an adult chaperone.
The DropZone Team members are not responsible for supervising your child, we do ask that all parents and guardians oversee the safety of their children while enjoying the park.
